Not a good sealing

When I shake the powder inside the water goes out !!! Even though I tighten it hard

Sorry to hear that , it must be something wrong as we didn’t get any complain about the shaker before over the years or even when we are using it by ourselves , may be it is a single piece defect , we will arrange to send you a replacement one
