Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
• The original packaging remains intact.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Due to health and safety regulations, opened nutritional supplements, food products, and consumable items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
