Three-time IronWoman Champion, Courtney Hancock has joined the PILLAR Performance Team as she prepares for the 2021 Nutri Grain Series.

A revered name within the Surf Life Saving community, Hancock joins Australia’s leading sports micronutrition brand to ensure every element of her physical preparation is covered throughout both pre-season and competition.

Outside of competing, Hancock works as a mentor and coach sharing her lifelong Surf Life Saving experience – including more than a decade as a professional.

The three-time Coolangatta Gold winner will also work with PILLAR’s Performance Dietitian, Pip Taylor as part of her association with the brand.

PILLAR Founder, Damien Fitzpatrick was excited to welcome an athlete of Hancock’s stature onto the PILLAR Team.

“Courtney is one of the most revered competitors on the IronWoman circuit, she’s proven herself over many years as the ultimate competitor in one of Australia’s most grueling competitions,” Fitzpatrick said.

“She is already so accomplished but her motivation to stay at the top is what resonated with me. She is an amazing role model and the sort of person and athlete we want to work alongside.

“I’m proud to have Courtney join PILLAR and our whole team are excited to support her goals leading into the 2021 IronWoman Series, particularly after a tough 2020.”

Hancock was excited to be joining the PILLAR Team after being introduced to their products several months ago.

“I’m looking to do everything I can to ensure I’m performing at my best this season and PILLAR is now an important part of my approach to nutrition and recovery.” Hancock said.

“It’s important to work with brands that I believe in and PILLAR is now the best on the market when it comes to micronutrition for athletes.

“Their products have been so beneficial to my program already and I’m really enjoying working with Pip Taylor and the team at PILLAR.”
